چکیده
In this paper, the $IJ=00, 11, 20$ partial wave $\pi\pi$ scattering phase shifts determined by lattice QCD approach are analyzed using a novel dispersive solution of S-matrix, i.e. PKU representation, in which unitarity and analyticity amplitudes automatically satisfied conveniently decomposed into contributions cuts various poles, including bound states, virtual states resonances. The contribution left-hand cut is estimated $SU(2)$ chiral perturbation theory to $\mathcal{O}(p^4)$. Balanchandran-Nuyts-Roskies relations considered as constraints meet requirements crossing symmetry. It found that $IJ=00$ obtained at $m_\pi=391$ MeV Hadron Spectrum Collaboration (HSC) reveal presence both state pole below threshold rather than only one for $\sigma$. To reproduce MeV, virtual-state $IJ=20$ channel be necessary order balance effects from amplitudes. Similar discussions also carried out results with $m_\pi=236$ HSC. observed behaviors positions respect variation pion masses can provide deep insights our understanding dynamical origin $\sigma$ resonance.

Resonance Scattering Phase Shifts on a Non – Rest Frame Lattice
Many low energy hadrons, such as the rho, can observed as resonances in scattering experiments. A proposal by Lüscher enables one to determine infinite volume elastic scattering phases from the two-particle energy spectrum measured from finite periodic lattices. In this work, we generalize the formalism to the case where the total momentum of the particles is non-zero; i.e.,the lattice frame is...
متن کاملJ un 1 99 2 Resonance Scattering Phase Shifts in a 2 - d Lattice Model ∗
We study a simple 2-d model representing two fields with different mass and a 3-point coupling term. The phase shift in the resonating 2-particle channel is determined from the energy spectrum obtained in Monte Carlo simulations on finite lattices. Masses and wave function renormalization constants of the fields as well as mass and width of the resonance are determined and discussed. The repres...
متن کاملTwo-particle scattering on the lattice: Phase shifts, spin-orbit coupling, and mixing angles
We determine two-particle scattering phase shifts and mixing angles for quantum theories defined with lattice regularization. The method is suitable for any nonrelativistic effective theory of point particles on the lattice. In the center-of-mass frame of the two-particle system we impose a hard spherical wall at some fixed large radius. For channels without partial-wave mixing the partial-wave...
متن کاملOptical lattice induced light shifts in an yb atomic clock.
We present an experimental study of the lattice-induced light shifts on the (1)S(0) --> (3)P(0) optical clock transition (nu(clock) approximately 518 THz) in neutral ytterbium. The "magic" frequency nu(magic) for the 174Yb isotope was determined to be 394 799 475(35) MHz, which leads to a first order light shift uncertainty of 0.38 Hz. We also investigated the hyperpolarizability shifts due to ...
متن کاملEquidistribution of phase shifts in semiclassical potential scattering
Consider a semiclassical Hamiltonian H := h2∆ + V − E where ∆ is the positive Laplacian on Rd, V ∈ C∞ 0 (Rd) and E > 0 is an energy level. We prove that under an appropriate dynamical hypothesis on the Hamilton flow corresponding to H, the eigenvalues of the scattering matrix Sh(V ) define a measure on S1 that converges to Lebesgue measure away from 1 ∈ S1 as h→ 0.
